Good Faith Estimate Notice (No Surprises Act) Under federal law, uninsured and self‑pay clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for therapy services. You may request an estimate before scheduling or at any time. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the charges. For questions or to request a Good Faith Estimate, please contact our office.
